    Delicious!! I was able to try this spot when it was catered for a work event, and it was fantastic. I got the beef skewers which were coated with a super yummy sauce on top of a generous portion of rice. There was also pickled veggies on the side which were a nice burst of freshness. I also got the chopped salad which was really good -- such a nice assortment of different toppings mixed in with a delicious dressing!

    Decided to try this food truck while I was at the Bellevue Farmer's market today. I got the Chicken Karaage and a Pork belly bao. I had a feeling that I likely over ordered but I didn't realize by how much till I looked at the chicken. It's a decent price for an entree especially since the chicken karaage comes with a side salad. My biggest grip about it though is it left me wishing for more dressing on my salad. It just didn't feel like enough for me. The chicken was good and saucy enough for the chicken although not necessarily as much as I would have liked to go with rice. I don't necessarily recall karaage being that saucy but it was still good and they gave very big chunks of chicken. The pork belly bao was good but I don't think I liked it enough to order another.

    I don't give most food trucks very high ratings, typically because of the premium you pay for their food, but The Box actually gives you a TON of food for the price you pay. I've seen The Box almost every time I've gone to the Bellevue Farmer's Market, and I can't help but keep ordering from them. I've ordered the Kalbi skewers, Chicken Karaage, and Kalua Pork buns, all of which have been delicious. They always give a generous amount of meat (and rice, if applicable) and what's great is they also give you a side of their Chopped Salad. Honestly, they give so much salad that it might as well be it's own meal. I've also ordered the fries, and they always come nice and hot. The garlic aioli that it comes with is also very delicious - I dip everything into it. Honestly, and entrée, fries, and the included side salad is enough to feed two people, I always feel very full eating it all by myself. The staff are super friendly always. Honestly, one of the best food trucks I've had the pleasure of ordering from. I don't know where they are normally, but it's worth tracking down this food truck if you can.
